Samuel Fialor — known by his traditional Ghanaian name, Dogbeda, and affectionately called Dogbe — is a young man of modest means, born in 1997 and currently residing in Accra, Ghana. He is unmarried and currently supports himself through modest earnings as a hostel caretaker and cleaner. He can stutter when talking. In Ghana disabilities can be thought of by many to be some sort of punishment. So he falls into our category of to try and help out.
Despite these circumstances, Dogbe holds a sincere aspiration: to pursue a course of study in Medical Laboratory Technology at Accra Technical University. Should a generous sponsor come forward to make this education possible, he would receive the opportunity with the deepest gratitude. The total estimated cost of the four-year program is forty thousand Ghanaian cedis.
